PublicTires Inc. has no knowledge of the prior usage or repair history of the used tires offered for sale.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, every tire undergoes a visual and air compression test to evaluate tread depth and detect visible damage. Any tire with visible damage is excluded from sale.
Note: Some tires may have been professionally repaired (not on sidewalls). We do not guarantee the quality of such repairs but confirm that no sidewall repairs are accepted.
Once an online order is placed, a second inspection is performed before packaging and shipping. Any tire found damaged at this stage will be rejected, and the buyer will be contacted within 24 hours.

If the installer identifies a defect or damage, the buyer must follow our Return Policy within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
If the damage occurred during shipping, restocking and return shipping fees will be waived.
Failure to notify PublicTires of any dissatisfaction within 5 days of delivery by email (info@publictires.ca) or by phone (514-544-2410) will be deemed as acceptance of the product "as received".
