All purchases made on PublicTires.com are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Conditions

• All tires sold are used, unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.
• All new and used tires sold by PublicTires Inc. are sold "as-is", without any express or implied warranty, other than those explicitly mentioned below.
• Product photos are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the exact tire being purchased.
• We do not guarantee white letters or white side markings. Only black sidewalls are guaranteed.
• Rims (wheels) are not included in any listings.

2. Tire History

PublicTires Inc. has no knowledge of the prior usage or repair history of the used tires offered for sale.

3. Tire Inspection by PublicTires Inc.

a) First Inspection:

Upon arrival at our warehouse, every tire undergoes a visual and air compression test to evaluate tread depth and detect visible damage. Any tire with visible damage is excluded from sale.

Note: Some tires may have been professionally repaired (not on sidewalls). We do not guarantee the quality of such repairs but confirm that no sidewall repairs are accepted.

b) Second Inspection:

Once an online order is placed, a second inspection is performed before packaging and shipping. Any tire found damaged at this stage will be rejected, and the buyer will be contacted within 24 hours.

4. Buyer's Responsibility After Delivery

Upon delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to:

• Verify the tire(s) match the order (size, quantity, condition)
• Ensure that their installer inspects each tire prior to mounting

If the installer identifies a defect or damage, the buyer must follow our Return Policy within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

If the damage occurred during shipping, restocking and return shipping fees will be waived.

5. Satisfaction and Acceptance

Failure to notify PublicTires of any dissatisfaction within 5 days of delivery by email (info@publictires.ca) or by phone (514-544-2410) will be deemed as acceptance of the product "as received".

All tires are sold under our Return Policy of 30 Days .

6. Order Cancellations and Limitations

PublicTires reserves the right to refuse or cancel any online order at its sole discretion.

By purchasing from PublicTires.com, the buyer agrees that, aside from our Return Policy of 30 Days , all new and used tires are sold without express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No warranty extends beyond what is written in these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PublicTires Inc. disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or business interruption, beyond what is covered by our Return Policy .

8. Jurisdiction

All transactions are deemed to be made in the province of Quebec, Canada. The applicable law governing the sale shall be the law of Quebec, regardless of the buyer's location or shipping address.
