1. General Return Terms

If you are not satisfied with a new or used tire purchased from PublicTires.ca, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, for a refund or replacement, provided you follow the conditions and procedure outlined below.

2. Tire Manufacturer Warranty

All new tires are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty, which includes defects in materials or workmanship. Any return for warranty issues must follow the manufacturer's process.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Notify us within 5 days of delivery (or within 10 days for defects), by email at or by phone at .
2. Include the following in your request:
   • Original order date
   • Tire brand, model, and size
   • Description of the issue
   • Whether you request a refund or a replacement
3. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the issue is a verified defect or a shipping error by PublicTires.
4. The tire must be unused and unmounted. Tires that show signs of use, damage, or tread wear beyond the original delivery state will not be accepted.
5. Returns are not accepted after 30 days or if the tires have been mounted or used.
6. All returned tires must display our "PP" logo for tracking purposes.
7. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all eligible returned tires.
8. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:
   • PublicTires made an error in delivery, or
   • A valid defect was reported within 30 days of delivery

4. Customer Responsibility

PublicTires cannot be held responsible for errors made by customers, installers, or third parties. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their purchase before finalizing:

• Tire size
• Quantity
• Condition (new or used)
• Delivery address, etc.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Note: Transactional, restocking, or shipping fees may apply if the order has already been processed.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned tire(s), we will:

• Inspect them based on your report
• Validate the request against our return policy and terms of service

If approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Please allow time for the refund to appear on your statement.
